Save your progress
Guests can jump in right away, but a guest account usually expires after about two hours. Sign up from that same session to keep its progress.
Choose a unique username and a password you do not use elsewhere. Signup also requires an email verification code; your guest session stays active until verification completes. Do not put your real name or contact information in your username.
Trouble signing in?
Check your username and password. There is currently no automated email-based password recovery. Contact [email protected] for assistance; recovery depends on whether ownership can be established.
Never send your password. If you can sign in, use My requests to contact support.
Guest account or permanent account?
A guest is tied to a temporary browser session. It is useful for trying the game, but it is not a backup. A permanent account lets you sign in again with your username and password.
Signing up while you are a guest converts that account. Do it in the same browser session so you save the progress you meant to keep.
Keep your account safe
- Use a unique password and keep it private.
- Check that you are on the genuine game site before signing in.
- Sign out on shared computers. The account menu includes Sign out.
- Avoid offers to trade accounts, generate free currency, or recover accounts in exchange for your password.
What to include in an access request
Email support with the affected username, the approximate time you last had access, and a clear description of the problem. If the issue involves a purchase, an order reference can help. Do not send your password, complete card details, or unsolicited identity documents.
Support cannot promise recovery without enough evidence that the account is yours. There is no automatic email reset yet, and changing browser settings will not reset a forgotten password.
Add an email address
Open Profile → Account → Add Email Address, enter your email, and choose Send code. Enter the six-digit code from Bro Battles and choose Verify email. The code expires after ten minutes. You can resend after one minute. Check spam if it does not arrive. Email verification does not enable automatic password recovery.
