Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Bro Battles, its website, multiplayer game, virtual items, and support features. Please read them before playing.
1. Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bro Battles, and meet any higher minimum required by applicable law. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and permit your use. You must not use the service if these requirements are not met.
By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to follow them. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Privacy acknowledgment is not consent to unrelated optional processing.
2. Accounts and guest play
Use an appropriate username and protect your password. Do not impersonate others, share credentials, or access someone else's account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Guest accounts are temporary and generally expire after about two hours. Create a permanent account to retain access to your progress. Clearing cookies or losing credentials can prevent access; recovery is not guaranteed. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
3. Permission to play
We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, revocable permission to use the service for its intended entertainment purpose, subject to these Terms and applicable law. The game, artwork, software, branding, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Do not redistribute the game or its assets, commercially exploit the service without permission, or bypass access restrictions, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
4. Fair play and communications
Do not cheat, use exploits or unauthorized automation, disrupt servers, evade moderation, harass or threaten others, engage in hate or sexual exploitation, scam players, infringe others' rights, or publish private information without permission.
You remain responsible for chat messages, feedback, and other material you submit. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, and moderate that material to operate the service. We may use feedback to improve the game without an obligation to pay for suggestions. Do not submit information or material you lack permission to share.
Report concerns through the Help Center. We may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations, security concerns, or legal requirements. Contact support to ask for review of a moderation decision.
5. Virtual currency, items, and payments
Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within Bro Battles. They are not money, do not earn interest, and have no right of cash redemption or transfer except where required by law or expressly supported by the service.
Prices and what a purchase includes are shown before payment. Real-money purchases require a permanent account and are processed through Stripe. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Minors must have permission from the responsible adult for purchases.
Currency delivery depends on confirmation of payment. If a purchase is missing or disputed, contact support with the order reference. Refund and cancellation rights depend on applicable law and the circumstances; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. Refunds or chargebacks may cause granted currency or items to be removed. If currency was already spent, your balance may become negative.
Do not assume digital goods are always nonrefundable. Any legally required immediate-delivery acknowledgment or withdrawal-right consent must be presented in the purchase flow where applicable.
6. Beta service and changes
Bro Battles is in beta. Bugs, interruptions, balance changes, and changes to features or availability may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available indefinitely. We will comply with applicable consumer obligations regarding purchased content and material service changes.
Planned maintenance, emergencies, and third-party outages may affect play. Disconnecting during a match can affect its result.
7. Ending use
You may stop playing at any time. Contact support to request account deletion. Some records may need to remain for legal, security, or payment reasons as explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or end access as described above. Any refund or other remedy on termination will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances, rather than automatically forfeited.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional promises about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with those rights.
9. Disputes and changes to these Terms
Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your place of residence. They do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
We may update these Terms. We will identify the updated version and seek renewed acceptance for material changes where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
