Get better
Getting better is less about doing everything faster and more about making each move on purpose. Pick one habit to practice for a few matches at a time.
Stay hard to hit
- Change direction before an opponent’s attack lands, not after.
- Use platforms to change your angle instead of backing up in a straight line.
- Leave yourself somewhere safe to land. A great jump with no exit is still a trap.
Make attacks count
Watch how your opponent moves before spending every charge. A missed attack creates an opening for them. Mix quick pressure with a patient shot when they commit to a jump or landing.
Save your special for a moment you can use it well. Full charge is an option, not a command to fire immediately.
Play the match, not just the opponent
In Duels, staying alive can give your teammate time to turn a fight around. In Bank Bust, ask whether the next hit matters more on a player or the vault. Look at what your team needs before following the nearest target.
Learn from one moment
After a loss, choose one clear moment: a jump you could have delayed, an attack you rushed, or a teammate you left alone. Try a different answer next match. One useful adjustment beats trying to fix everything at once.
Finally, make aiming comfortable in Settings → Mouse sensitivity. Consistent controls make practice easier.
