Connection issues
- Check that your internet connection is working.
- Refresh once and give the map and fighter art time to load.
- Try an up-to-date desktop browser and close unnecessary tabs.
- If the game is in maintenance, try again later.

Still stuck? Contact support and describe your browser, what happened, and the approximate time. Report reproducible gameplay bugs through Feedback.
Loading screen or frozen page
The first visit may need a moment to download map and fighter art. If it stays stuck, refresh once and check for a browser update. Closing video streams, games, or other demanding tabs can free memory.
If an extension blocks a required game request, allow the game only in an extension you recognize and trust. Do not disable your browser's security protections or bypass certificate warnings.
Lag during a match
Lag can come from your connection, distance to the server, or device performance. Pause large downloads and see whether other sites feel slow too. A high download speed does not always mean a quick response in a live match.
Keep the game tab active. Background tabs can be throttled by the browser. Settings menus do not pause the server's match.
Useful details for a report
Include your browser and device, the mode and map, the approximate time, and the exact behavior. Say whether the issue happens every match or only occasionally, and list steps that reproduce it if you know them.
Describe errors in your own words or copy the non-sensitive error text. Never paste cookies, session tokens, or passwords. If the problem is a repeatable gameplay bug, use Feedback; if you need individual assistance, use Contact us.
